Utitofong Morgan Vs Akpabio, Ekere: Court adjourned till April 29

The court which was set to commenced hearing on the case between Utitofong Morgan versus Godswill Akpabio and Nsima Ekere about 9am on Friday was adjourned due to an official engagement of the Judge according to the defense counsel.
The Akwa Ibom born blogger who publishes Sitippe Ke Akwa Ibom was charged to court for allegedly publishing defamatory materials against former Senate Minority leader, Godswill Akpabio and the All Progressive Congress APC Governorship aspirant in Akwa Ibom State, Obong Nsima Ekere.
According to judicial sources, the trial of Utitofong Morgan has been stalled in previous hearing by the inability of the Prosecution Council to provide Godswill Akpabio and Nsima Ekere in court to testify against Mr. Morgan.
Mr Morgan was represented in court by Barrister Ekemini Udim, while Barrister Japhet O Japhet is the prosecuting counsel.
