Theresa May Frowns at Child Separation Policy
The British prime minister May Theresa has openly disagreed with us policy of separating children from their parents. She told the parliament that the images of children in cages were upsetting and the UK was not in support of it.
“The picture of children being held in what appears to be cages are deeply disturbing. This is not something we agree with. This is not the United Kingdom’s approach” she told parliament.
Also joining the vote against the separation policy is the opposition leader, the Labour party’s Jeremy Corbyn. He totally condemned the US policy as “immoral”. He took to his twitter handle to condemn the policy.
“it is tragic and shocking to see innocent children caged like animals at US migrant camps and hearing their cries of anguish after being separated from their parents. It is immoral and goes against fundamental human rights”.
We can recall that President trump campaigned against illegal immigrants flowing into US from Mexico. According to him, they are rebels and criminals.
