Do-or-die politics will not take us anywhere- Pastor Warns Politicians
Minister John Kayode of Supporters Church, Taiwo, Ilorin, has forewarned Nigerians politicians against win at all cost attitude as 2019 general races move close. Kayode gave the notice in Ilorin while talking with newsmen.
He approached government officials to play politics with the fear of God and stop issues of death and hijacking of different competitors. The minister prompted politicians to organize the advancement of the nation above their own aspiration.
“The time has come for politicians to accept elections results, collaborate with the contender to move the nation forward.
“Murdering your opponent during election will not yield any reward . This must stop in 2019 as we need to witness a free and reasonable election in Nigeria.
“Do-or-pass on politics issues won’t take us anyplace. We have to imitate Western world where one the candidate that lost compliments the other after election results,” he said.
The minister, be that as it may, approached party pioneers to sort out a stage where hopefuls would be sufficiently orientated to evade savagery.
“Any government official that proceeds to execute opponent’s life to achieve position is just welcoming God’s fierceness and will clearly think twice about it with time,” he said.
