Her name is Anna, and she says she can have between three to four cleaning jobs a week, earning around £45 an hour in the nude, as well as £23 an hour to clean with her clothes on, though she’s only ever had one fully-clothed job.
“All the clients I’ve had are single men, who live by themselves. They’re all different ages, from about their late twenties to fifties,” she said. “They’re usually quite professional men.”
One of the main aims of Naturist Cleaners is to promote naturalism as “another state of being” and, despite common misconceptions, they want to highlight that it’s perfectly normal. They also make it clear that the service is not and should not be treated as a sexual service.
“I wear normal clothes [to the job], I usually just wear jeans and a hoodie,” Anna said.
“I ask the client to confirm that there’s nobody else in the house and that they’re there by themselves. And that they’re not recording. I take the payment and I ask them what they want me to do.”
Anna then takes all of her clothes off and begins cleaning.
“A lot of time it is hoovering and dusting, but the houses are never awfully dirty. They’re normally reasonably clean and just need a bit of tidying.
“So, I’ll tidy around a bit and do whatever they need doing. I haven’t been asked to do anything odd. A lot of time, they just like talking to me.
“They’re just usually normal conversations, just about life and stuff. There’s nothing seedy about it – it’s just nice.”
Anna says her close friends are aware of her cleaning job, although she hasn’t told family members or anyone in her office.
“They [my friends] haven’t really said anything negative towards it. It’s all been really positive and they’ve all been really supportive. Which is nice.
“The company also makes you feel quite safe, because we have to message them when we’re leaving and then when we get to the client’s house and halfway through the job. It’s nice that you’ve got that protection.”
Anna says since she started cleaning in the nude, it’s opened up her mind to the idea of naturism.
“I feel like my perception of naturism is a lot more positive now I’ve spoken to people who actually do it,” she said. I’ve not tried a nudist beach before, so I really want to try that.”
She added: “I’d definitely recommend it to other people. It’s an easy job and it’s nice to have conversations and get to know people a lot more.”
One client, named Andy, wrote of a cleaner named Stella: “Even though this was her first booking she happily removed her clothes without hesitation, and was completely comfortable both with her own nudity and mine.
“What a privilege to enjoy the naked form of this beauty for an hour, as well as getting some of my cleaning done – which she did very well.
“A truly memorable evening, thank you Stella. I’m working as hard as I can to make my house a little dirty again so I can invite you back to do some more nude cleaning for me!”
