Pack your things and be prepared to leave government house -Senator Hunkuyi tells El-Rufai
The Senator representing Kaduna North in the National Assembly, Senator Suleiman Hunkuyi, who recently decamped from the All Progressive Congress, APC to the Peoples Democratic Party, has advised the governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai to use the remaining months he has in office to pack his things and be prepared to leave government house in 2019.
Senator Hunkuyi disclosed this during a rally to officially welcome him into the PDP in Kaduna.
According to him, Kaduna people will insult El-Rufai and the APC with their vote in 2019. He pleaded with Kaduna people to forgive him for the role he played in making El-Rufai their governor in 2015.
“God gives power but the APC regime in Kaduna and Nigeria have dealt with the electorate to the situation we have all found ourselves in the country,” he noted
“We don’t insult, but we tell the truth. I am telling El-Rufai to use the remaining time he has in office to pack his things and be prepared to leave government house. We don’t insult, but they will feel pains through the casting of our votes.
“The error of bringing el-Rufai on board, l am begging the people of Kaduna State to forgive me for the role l played,
“The engine of APC has been removed along with the tyres and as such, it cannot help itself nor the people
“We come to join hands with our friends to liberate our people from the bondage of APC in Kaduna State.
“Let’s join hand with our great party, PDP and change things. Without PDP, there would be no end to untold hardship Nigerians are suffering from. We are praying to God to help us to be united to be successful in reclaiming our state and country,” he added.
